Refund policy

Our programs and packages are non-refundable as we cannot un-send a program or training routine as soon as you have received it.

You are only eligible for a partial refund if you only received part of the program.

For example;

If you paid 5000 for 1month, and we send you the first half as a two week program - you are eligible to ask for a refund for the 2nd part of your program (2weeks).

This request has to be made before we send you the next program.

As for this example, you will be eligible for 2500 EGP refund.
